How Swiftaw is organised. Swiftaw runs three centralized departments - R&D, Communication, and Safety - each headed by a chief from leadership. Chiefs operate across all Swiftaw projects. Department personnel are assigned to a specific project team. Teams are project-focused groups that draw from department staff, plus project-specific roles like moderators, admins, and developers.

Manages how Swiftaw and its projects present themselves - announcements, public-facing content, and community relations across all platforms.
Safety Department Vacant
Responsible for maintaining safe environments across all Swiftaw projects. Covers moderation policy, user safety standards, and enforcement.

The project team behind Fortized (Project-S4). Made up of Swiftaw personnel assigned from the three departments - including developers, moderators, and admins - working together on Swiftaw's flagship product.
