Everything, drafts included. Unpublishing takes an icon out of the library and keeps it; deleting does not keep it, and only a superadmin can.
Categories
A category is what the library's shelves are. Changing a name changes it everywhere at once. The address is what the shelf is linked by, so it is set when the category is made and does not move afterwards.
