Add an icon

Drop a file here, or pick one An SVG goes in as it is. A PNG is read and traced, which works on flat artwork on transparency or on a plain ground, and not on a photograph.

One colour Whatever the artwork was wearing comes off it. A mark with five colours in it leaves here with one, and there is nothing underneath left to show through.

Weld this colour into the fileOff, the icon takes the colour of the text around it, which is what you want on a page. On, the colour is part of the mark and cannot be changed later.

Paste the markup instead

Only the shapes are kept. The outer tag is thrown away and the icon is drawn by the library's own wrapper, so it cannot carry its own size or colour behaviour.

Name What it is called in the library.

Address Written from the name until you type here. Changing it on an icon that already exists moves the icon, and the old address stops working.
